Enzo Amore issues legal statement denying sexual assault accusations following WWE release

Only a few hours after his release from WWE, Enzo Amore (Eric Arndt) issued the following statement on Twitter on Tuesday evening on behalf of his legal team denying the sexual assault allegations levied against him in the last week.

Amore was suspended by WWE on Monday after the now identified Philomena Sheahan accused the former WWE star of raping her on October 19 at a hotel in Phoenix, an incident she reported to the Phoenix Police Department on October 23.

Sheahan spoke with TMZ providing very graphic details about the alleged incident.
