According to a report by Bill Behrens, long-time TNA referee Rudy Charles did not quit the company and was instead released despite previous reports claiming otherwise. Charles’ primary job with TNA as an administrative asstant to the creative team was terminated and company officials also decided to let him go as a referee. He had been with the company since it began in 2002 and was dubbed the “senior referee” of TNA.
