Reports made the rounds on Thursday and Friday that WWE announcer Lilian Garcia was also among some of the cuts made by the company last week by some questionable wrestling media sources. The story made so much traction that it began to trend on Facebook and still is as of Saturday evening.
Garcia issued the following statement on her official Facebook page confirming she is still with the company and will return to her announcing duties this Monday night on RAW in Greensboro, North Carolina. She noted that she has been absent from WWE TV to help care for her father who is battling bladder cancer.
