The Undertaker has only tapped out once in his WWE career. It was during his “biker” period. In a match with Kurt Angle, he lifted Angle for the Last Ride but Angle squeezed him with a triangle choke, causing Undertaker to lower him to the mat. Angle’s shoulders were down and Undertaker tapped at the exact same time, resulting in a draw.
