Dish Network and Sinclair Broadcasting Group have announced a short-term contract extension to avoid a possible blackout of more than 150 channels in 79 markets across the United States this weekend. The temporary agreement allows for continued negotiations.
Ring of Honor had issued a story late Saturday night noting the issues between Dish and Sinclair and later pulled it after the announcement of this new short-term agreement.
