The 9/28 WWE Monday Night Raw did a 3.1 cable rating. The first hour drew a 3.06, while the second hour drew a 3.15. This is down from last week’s 3.4 rating. The show went head-to-head with Cowboys-Panthers Monday Night Football game on ESPN that did a strong 11.5 rating. While the show saw a fairly big drop from last week, one positive is that both hours of the show were number two and three for the night.
