Breakdown of WWE and TNA television ratings (9/1 to 9/5)

Television ratings for WWE and TNA programming from September 1 to September 5.

WWE RAW: The 9/1 Labor Day show drew a final 2.81 cable rating with an average audience of 3.93 million viewers. The first hour drew 4.01 million viewers, the second hour drew 3.93 million viewers and the third hour drew 3.83 million viewers. This is down from last week’s show that drew a 2.88 cable rating with 3.97 million viewers. RAW drew the same amount of viewers on Labor Day last year. The show did end up finishing at No. 2 overall for the night on cable.

TNA Impact Wrestling: The 9/3 show drew a 0.88 cable rating with 1.10 million viewers. This is up from last week’s 0.79 rating with 928,000 viewers. DVR viewers helped bring total viewers up 1.2 million (DVR figures have been up since the move to Wednesday night).

WWE Smackdown: The 9/5 show drew a 2.02 cable rating with 2.76 million viewers. This is up from last week’s 1.95 rating with 2.73 million viewers. Smackdown was the highest rated original show on cable this past Friday night drawing a 0.8 rating among adults 18-49.
