Jeff Hardy returning to TNA at the Lockdown PPV on 3/9

TNA has announced the return of Jeff Hardy to the company during the Lockdown PPV weekend in Miami, Florida on 3/8 (Fan InterActioN) and 3/9 (Lockdown PPV).
