WWE lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to The Wine School of Philadelphia this week and threatened a lawsuit when they found out the name of one of their competitions was called “Sommeiler Smackdown” reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Keith Wallace, the found and director of the school added, “They don?t have a leg to stand on. I am not going to bow down to a bully. They claim they own the term `Smackdown,? but they don?t.”
