TNA has posted footage of AJ Styles making an “unauthorized” TNA Championship defense in Japan for the Wrestle-1 promotion this week. It was noted by the company that an earthquake hit in Japan just hours ago during the event.
“A magnitude 5.5 earthquake hit eastern Japan earlier today and was felt during the Wrestle-1 event that saw AJ Styles make an unauthorized and unsanctioned world title defense. Styles appeared with the TNA title belt but has been stripped of the title by TNA President Dixie Carter.”
