Rob Black has announced that he would be rebooting the XPW promotion beginning with a show on 10/31 in Los Angeles. The event is scheduled to feature a 12 man tournament to crown a new XPW Champion. The company was originally founded in 1999 on the West Coast and was later moved to the East Coast in 2002. It later went out of business in 2003 when Black and Lizzy Borden faced legal issues.
