Report: Why Ric Flair pulled out of Hall of Fame in Iowa

According to a report by Dave Meltzer, the main reason Ric Flair pulled out of a scheduled appearance at the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum in Waterloo, Iowa was because he had already scheduled an autograph appearance that day in Los Angeles. A press release by the museum had stated that Flair was unable to attend due to a “family commitment.” The report by Meltzer noted that Flair took the autograph signing in Los Angeles over a Hall of Fame induction in favor of the pay day.
