Gawker.com has issued a response to the ruling made by a judge this week in a Florida state court ordering the website to remove the video clip and post associated with the Hulk Hogan sex tape. While Gawker agreed to remove the video clip, they refused to remove the post adding, “the Constitution does unambiguously accord us the right to publish true things about public figures.”
