The 12/29 Extreme Rising “Card Subject to Change” event in Philadelphia this past weekend drew around 1,000 fans at the National Guard Armory reports PWInsider.com. Additional figures are expected soon. The show was taped for a special delayed iPPV event now available at Highspots.com.
