PWInsider.com is reporting that Scott Steiner has dropped his counter-suit against TNA claiming non-payment of royalties and a lack of accounting for the royalties. Steiner dropped the counter-suit on 12/10 via a letter to the court in Nashville. The suit was then officially dropped on 12/12. TNA’s lawsuit against Steiner over rants he made on Twitter along with a second lawsuit filed by Steiner claiming he was injured working a match with Jeff Hardy (who he said was “in no condition to perform) remains ongoing.
