Reuters is featuring an article about the lawsuit filed by Hulk Hogan against website Gawker.com for distributing a minute clip of his sex tape with Bubba the Love Sponge’s ex-wife Heather Clem. Cameron Stracher, a lawyer for Gawker, feels the lawsuit is “meritless” and plans to ask the judge to throw it out.
“He’s having sex with another man’s wife in another man’s home. I’m not sure it’s reasonable to say he has an expectation of privacy under the circumstances.”
