According to a report by Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the storyline reveal of Devon being part of the Aces and Eights at Bound for Glory was an idea that just came up in the last two weeks. Much like with Matt Morgan, Devon’s deal with TNA did indeed expire and they are finding ways to bring people back in.
