Axl Rotten’s retirement from wrestling already over

Retirement didn’t last long for longtime hardcore star Axl Rotten. Last month, he posted the following on Facebook:

“This is very easy to say. No tearful videos or thank you’s. I had fun wrestling Balls Mahoney at Extreme Reunion. I will keep my thoughts on the other matches and event as a whole to myself. I think I’m done. I had 24 yrs doing what I love. I’m not going to wrestle another match. Thanks for the ride. It ended in a bang….Literally.- Axl Rotten”

Rotten is now claiming that he made a premature decision based on an automobile accident he was involved in on April 29th. Rotten said he sustained eight broken ribs and a broken sternum. Rotten is once again accepting bookings for wrestling gigs, conversation, and personal appearances.
