According to a report by Jason Powell of Prowrestling.net, the new multi-year deal between TNA and Spike TV is a two-year agreement. So it would appear that negotiations for a renewal would take place some time in 2014. TNA President Dixie Carter informed the talent roster of the new Spike TV deal before the press release was issued on Thursday via email. It was also reported by Powell that negotiations to renew some talent contracts were reportedly being delayed until this new television contract was finalized.
