TNA loses national DVD distribution, statement

PWInsider.com reports that Navarre Corporation, TNA’s national DVD partner, has gotten out of the DVD distribution business as major retailers were not willing to stock DVDs unless they are guaranteed to move “a certain number of titles per week.” TNA’s Chris Thomas responded to the news stating, “Our current distributor, Navarre, is leaving the DVD distribution business. We are in the process of securing a new distribution partner. In the interim, titles will be available at shoptna.com.”
