Report: Jesse Sorensen expected to make full recovery

Jason Powell of Prowrestling.net reports that TNA wrestler Jesse Sorensen showed “significant improvement” on Monday after fracturing his C1 vertebrae at TNA’s Against All Odds PPV in a match with Zema Ion. As reported earlier, Ion executed a moonsault from the top turnbuckle and had his knee land on the top of Sorensen’s head. Sorensen is reportedly getting feeling back in his legs slowly and doctors are expecting him to make a full recovery. TNA President Dixie Carter flew Sorensen’s mother to Florida to be with him.
