Ring of Honor has announced that they will make their debut in Norfolk, VA at the Norfolk Scope on January 21, 2012. Norfolk Scope was the site of NWA Starrcade 1988, so it appears ROH wants to a hit a lot of the old NWA stomping grounds in the Southeast region in their expansion under the Sinclair banner. https://www.rohwrestling.com/news/ring-honor-comes-norfolk
