Jason Powell of ProWrestling.net is reporting that Kevin Nash was removed from the Night of Champions match against CM Punk due to a medical issue. There is no word on what the issue is, but it is said to be treatable. Nash was signed to a long-term deal so WWE does not expect this to be a prolonged recovery.
