Report: Impact Wrestling cited on Germany TV

TNA’s Impact Wrestling show was recently cited by the Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media in Germany regarding broadcast violations reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The commission stated aspects of the show made it “unsuitable to minors” and would need to air after 11:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. It was stated that the level of violence on the show exceeds what is acceptable in the genre known as pro wrestling adding, “therefore bearing danger of having a socially/ethically disorienting effect on viewers under the age of 18.”
