Prowrestling.net is reporting that TNA star Jeff Hardy is back in court today in Moore County, North Carolina, arriving not long ago. The hearing was scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. ET. The belief is that some kind of a deal will be made today to avoid another continuance. Hardy was arrested back in September of 2009 and has been in and out of court ever since.
