Former ROH booker Gape Sapolsky posted on Facebook:
“I have to admit I’m a little emotional sitting here now with the ROH 9th Anniversary show tonight. It’s hard to believe that it was 9 years ago when my life changed forever when the words “Ring Of Honor” were first said on a sofa in my 1 bedroom apartment. Despite how things ended for me I can still look back with a lot of pride at what we created and what it has meant to people.”
