While driving up to the ROH event in Mississauga, Ontario last weekend and for another appearance around Toronto, Jim Cornette was not allowed into the country. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that as Cornette and his wife were driving across the border, he was stopped and it was discovered that he had multiple assaults back in the 1980s which included getting into fights with fans who attacked him and retaliating. Is interesting to note that Cornette had been going to Canada numerous times with no problems over the past 25 years.
