According to a report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE Smackdown star Christian recently suffered a torn pectoral muscle and is expected to be out of action for at least six months. He is scheduled for surgery this week. An angle will begin starting on tomorrow night’s Smackdown to explain Christian’s absence from the show going forward.
