Note regarding Justin Credible and Hardcore Justice

Justin Credible was forced to work under his real name P.J. Polaco at last night’s ECW-themed TNA Hardcore Justice PPV. Jason Powell of Prowrestling.net reports an indy promoter with a grudge had the Justin Credible named trademarked not long ago apparently. So it turns out it was not a WWE trademark issues as were other names on the PPV last night. Credible was also told to remove the t-shirt he wore to the ring during his match that featured the Justin Credible name and an ECW logo. Were told a security guard relayed the message from the back quickly to Credible to remove the shirt.
