Highspots and owner file lawsuit against Ric Flair

According to PWInsider, Highspots.com and owner Michael Bochicchio have filed a lawsuit against current TNA star Ric Flair in the Superior Court of North Carolina. The lawsuit was filed due to ongoing issues regarding Flair allegedly owing money to Highspots and the original NWA World Heavyweight Championship belt, which Highspots claims they were given by Flair as collateral for a loan to Flair. Highspots had originally tried to sell the NWA belt only to discover it was actually owned by Combraco, Inc., not Flair. Highspots also claims they loaned Flair $31,000 and $35,000 separately.
