TNA star Jeff Hardy is scheduled for a court appearance today in Moore County, North Carolina reports Prowrestling.net. Despite reports a few weeks ago claiming otherwise, Hardy is still facing four counts of drug possession charges after an arrest on September 11, 2009. The charges still include a felony drug trafficking charge, felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to traffic opium.
