As reported on earlier, Rob Van Dam’s appearance at the Royal Rumble PPV last night in Detroit was simply a one-time appearance. PWInsider is reporting that RVD’s attention is currently on the health of his wife right now and he is not returning full-time to the company. It should be noted that Van Dam was approached two days before the PPV on Friday to make an appearance.
