ECW on Sci Fi Tapings for January 27 (tonight):
– Teddy Long announced at the beginning of the show that Matt Hardy has been released by ECW and has signed with Smackdown. ECW Champion Jack Swagger came out along with The Boogeyman.
– The Boogeyman vs. Ricky Ortiz never started as Boogeyman clotheslined Ortiz and ran off.
– Backstage, Jack Swagger discovers someone has stolen his ECW Title belt.
– Finlay defeated Paul Burchill.
– Backstage, Swagger continues to look for his belt.
– Mark Henry defeated Tommy Dreamer.
– The show ends with Teddy Long and Jack Swagger demanding the ECW Title be brought back. Hornswoggle appears from under the ring with the belt and Finlay attacks Swagger.
