Off air notes following TakeOver: Phoenix
After NXT TakeOver went off the air, Velveteen Dream and Adam Cole came out to interrupt Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. Ricochet and Aleister Black also join in. Small brawl, but nothing worth storyline. Velveteen Dream, Ricochet and Aleister Black stand tall for a crowd cheer to end the PPV in Phoenix.
Not so fast. The brawl spilled into the backstage area. Triple H broke it up.
