It was reported earlier today that RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey could be finishing up with WWE following WrestleMania 35 this year.
The report, which was published in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by Dave Meltzer, immediately made the rounds on Thursday and forced WWE to issue a response.
WWE issued the following statement to TMZ:
“Ronda Rousey is under contract with WWE until April 10, 2021. Whether she wants to start a family is a private matter.”
As noted earlier, Rousey had stated publicly she was rethinking her initial commitment to WWE and hoping to extend it well beyond the original agreement.
