PWInsider is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is scheduled for this Monday’s RAW taping from Sacramento, California.
This taping will follow Sunday’s TLC PPV, where Acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin is scheduled to have a match against Braun Strowman. Should Corbin win that match, he would go on to become the permanent GM of RAW.
While WWE is not currently advertising Angle online for the taping, Angle appearing on the show would be interesting timing given the match scheduled the night prior. Back in August, WWE started a storyline where Corbin was named the acting GM of RAW.
We reported earlier that Strowman is currently scheduled to be at TLC this Sunday, although some were wondering if his match with Corbin was still in doubt given he recently underwent surgery to remove bone spurs from his elbow. WWE will be taping two weeks worth of RAW this Monday due to the Christmas holiday falling during Monday/Tuesday.
