Scott Siegel, the alleged steroid distributor who played that same role in “The Wrestler”, had over $100,000 in cash and 1,500 bottles of anabolic steroids between two homes according to federal authorities during his arraignment in New York reports PWInsider. Siegel was being tailed when he was spotted picking up a package on Wednesday evening. He later returned to his home where authorities closed in on him. Siegel fled in his SUV, smashing police cars and causing a chase. He is facing charges of assault on a federal officer and steroid distribution. Siegel was ordered to be held without bail this week. An hour after he was denied bail, he began complaining of chest pains and was removed via ambulance from the courthouse. His arrest has received lots of media attention this close to the Oscars this weekend.
