As reported on by WWE on Friday evening, Triple H suffered what appeared to be a torn pectoral muscle during the Crown Jewel main event tag team match.
Triple H, who reportedly suffered the injury when he was whipped into the corner and took a bump over the ropes early in the match, is heading directly to Birmingham, Alabama to get an official diagnosis for the injury and likely undergo surgery to repair it.
F4WOnline reports Triple H could be out of action for months as a result.
