David Bixenspan posted two clips of “Last Week Tonight” with John Oliver again profiling WWE’s involvement with Saudi Arabia and Crown Jewel last night on HBO.
If you recall, the show profiled WWE two weeks ago examining the Greatest Royal Rumble event and how wrestling audiences were treated to “wall-to-wall propaganda.”
Last night, Oliver talked about WWE moving forward with the Crown Jewel event this Friday despite media backlash, including reports that John Cena is refusing to work the show, fans booing The Undertaker on television and providing a parody “hype video.”
