The Associated Press has a blurb about Helmut Gutmann who is the man who was reportedly pushed down and suffered injuries at the hands of Verne Gagne. His death is now being ruled a homicide. While I would say it is unlikely this legally gives the state the right to pursue murder chargers against Verne Gagne. The link to the AP story is below.
