Ric Flair had an autograph appearance at the Charleston Town Center Mall in Charleston, WV (Saturday) afternoon. The mayor gave Ric Flair the key to the city and recognized today as Ric Flair Day in Charleston. There were a few hundred people for autographs at, at least $40 per autograph. I heard that they brought him in for $35,000. Also, they are trying to bring in Steve Austin and Buff Bagwell for upcoming autograph appearances. Ric spoke after getting ‘the regular city treatment’, about how much he always enjoyed performing in Charleston, during the NWA/WCW days, and how he was glad he was able to come back today.
