Carmella sets new record with MITB briefcase
WWE.com is reporting that Carmella has set a new record by holding the Money in the Bank briefcase for over 281 days now.
Carmella won the briefcase last June at the Money in the Bank PPV in what was the first ever women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
After negative feedback to the finish, WWE would hold a rematch two weeks later on Smackdown Live where Carmella would again regain the briefcase.
Carmella is booked to take part in the first ever WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal this Sunday that will take place during the two hour Kickoff Show.
